That decision can determine not only what care they receive, but when, where, and at what cost—often with lasting consequences for their health and financial security.
A new report authored by Brian Keyser (MS HAPI ’22) and Neda Ashtari examines how flawed enrollment rules trap Medicare beneficiaries in Medicare Advantage plans…and what policymakers can do about it.
